Ordering & Turnaround

How long will my order take?

Most orders are ready within 8 to 10 business days after you place your order. Since everything is made to order, turnaround depends on how quickly we receive the blank items from our suppliers.

Can I request a rush order?

Yes — rush orders are possible depending on availability and workload. A rush fee may apply. Please email us in advance to check timing and get a quote.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes! If we’ve printed for you before, we can pull up your past design. Just email us your name or order number and we’ll take it from there.

Logos, Artwork & Design

What kind of file do you need for printing?

Artwork must be high resolution (300dpi), sized as large as you want it printed, and have a transparent background.
Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, or vector PDF. If you're not sure, email us your file and we’ll confirm if it's good to go.

Can you help me with my logo or design?

Yes! We can clean up artwork, adjust layout, or create something custom. Just let us know what you need and we’ll quote accordingly.

Shipping & Pickup

What are the shipping options?

At checkout, you can choose:

Standard shipping (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS)

Your preferred carrier

Local courier – available only on the island of Montreal, next-business-day once your order is ready.

Will I get a tracking number?

Tracking is not always included, but you can request it by emailing us once your order has shipped.

Where do I pick up my order?

If you selected local pickup, your package will be placed on our pickup cart in the hallway, labeled with your name.


Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM — no need to check in!

Bringing Your Own Items

Can I bring in my own clothing or items to be printed?

Yes — just email us for a quote. All items must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed to ensure quality printing.

Embroidery

Do you offer embroidery too?

We sure do! We have an amazing embroiderer on our team. If you're interested in embroidery, send us an email with what you have in mind, and we’ll get you a quote.

Returns & Issues

Can I return or exchange something?

Since all our products are custom made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
However, if we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong item, or print issue), let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
