Shipping policy

Production Timeline

All of our items are made to order — we don’t carry pre-printed stock. Once your order is placed, we order your blank garments and begin printing as soon as they arrive. Most orders are ready within 8 to 10 business days (sometimes sooner, depending on supplier speed).

Shipping Options

At checkout, you’ll have a few options: Standard Shipping via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS Your Preferred Carrier — if you have one Local Courier — For customers on the island of Montreal, we offer a next-business-day delivery option once your order is ready. Note: Some shipping methods may not include tracking.

Local Pickup

Live nearby? Choose local pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, it’ll be placed on our pickup cart in the hallway, clearly labeled with your name. 

No need to check in — just swing by Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM and grab your package.
